RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Maagaani. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Once an order is confirmed, Maagaani will not accept return or refund requests . However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our patrons to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties. 

Return/Exchange:

You have 5 days to return an item from the date you received it only in below cases

- If you receive a product that is expired or is going to expire within 30 days from the date of delivery or contains insects, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process.

-If you receive a damaged product, we are here to assist you with a smooth return or exchange process.

- If you receive a package that is damaged or torn, we are here to assist you with a straightforward return or exchange process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refund:

Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately in 12hrs. If the mismatch is accepted by Maagaani, the refund will be initiated that will take 7-15 business days to process.

Maagaani,is responsible only after the payment is received / captured. Sometimes the errors might occur at the payment gateway. Any payment issues and its failures are NOT in Maagaani scope. The payment gateway companies usually process the refund within 7-15 days.

Once the refund is initiated from Maagaani or the Payment gateway, the receipt is in the customer Bank / UPI / Credit Card purview. We do not have any visibility of the status at the bank end.
