Single Polish Rice - - Rinse rice well
Add 1 cup of rice with 1.75cups of water and cook it on a medium to low flame for 20 min turn off the flame and Serve hot

Sugar Control White Rice - - Rinse rice well
Add 1 cup of rice with 1.75cups of water and cook it on a medium to low flame for 20 min turn off the flame and Serve hot

Multigrain Atta - - 1 cup atta
1/2 cup water (adjust as needed)
A pinch of salt (optional)
In a bowl, combine all 3, Gradually add water and mix to form a soft dough.
Divide the dough into small balls
roll each ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin
Place the rolled-out dough onto the hot tava. Cook for 30-60 seconds
Serve hot

Sprouted Ragi Flour - - Can be used to make cereal,Ragi Mudde,Dosa,Ragi jawa

Jowar Idli Mix - - Mix 1 cup of Idli mix with 1.25cups of water,Stir well and let it sit for 15 min
Grease the idli mould with oil or ghee,add spoonful of batter to each mould
Put it in the idli cooker and steam it for 12-15 min on medium flame serve hot with chutney/sambar

Once an order is confirmed, Maagaani will not accept return or refund requests . However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our patrons to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties. 

Return/Exchange:

You have 5 days to return an item from the date you received it only in below cases

- If you receive a product that is expired or is going to expire within 30 days from the date of delivery or contains insects, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process.

-If you receive a damaged product, we are here to assist you with a smooth return or exchange process.

- If you receive a package that is damaged or torn, we are here to assist you with a straightforward return or exchange process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refund:

Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately in 12hrs. If the mismatch is accepted by Maagaani, the refund will be initiated that will take 7-15 business days to process.

Maagaani,is responsible only after the payment is received / captured. Sometimes the errors might occur at the payment gateway. Any payment issues and its failures are NOT in Maagaani scope. The payment gateway companies usually process the refund within 7-15 days.

Once the refund is initiated from Maagaani or the Payment gateway, the receipt is in the customer Bank / UPI / Credit Card purview. We do not have any visibility of the status at the bank end.
